Thank you for shopping with Merritt Made! We take great pride in our boutique clothing and custom embroidery. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Custom & Embroidered Items
All personalized, custom, appliqué, or embroidered items are FINAL SALE.
We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.
This includes:

Names, monograms, appliqué, and motifs

Personalized clothing
-
Special-order fabrics or custom designs

Any custom embroidery work
If an error is made by Merritt Made, we will correct it at no cost to you.

Boutique Clothing & Non-Custom Items
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only

No refunds to the original payment method

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will repair, replace, or issue store credit as appropriate.

Customer-Supplied Items (Bulk Orders Only)
Merritt Made does not embroider individual customer-supplied items.
We only offer embroidery on customer-provided garments for businesses placing bulk orders.
If your business is interested in bulk embroidery services, please contact us directly for more information, pricing, and requirements.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed within 12 hours, only if work has not started.
Once stitching, fabric cutting, or design setup begins, the order becomes final.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Merritt Made is not responsible for:

Packages lost in transit

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Damage caused by the shipping carrier
